This 1972 was in excellent original condition at purchase, in every way. The original awning is still in excellent condition. We kept the original AC system because it works so well. It also still has the original LP heater, in good working condition. On cool evenings we primarily use a small electric heater. There are absolutely no leaks in this camper and the fresh water system works very well. It has a 12v pump. The original control panel above the dining table turns this on when you want to use it. The black water tank is also in excellent condition without any leaks. The subfloor is in excellent original condition and every part of it has been inspected.
Bathroom-this was completely redone with a new tub and shower, new toilet, cabinets, sink and custom built counter tops and framing. There are two closets with hanging space. After winterizing this spring, the water heater had a small leak so we immediately took it to prevent any water damage. We had the 4 gallon Bosch electric, and will be putting the same or similar back in unless you wanted a tankless or dual fuel heater. We would give you an allowance for that or put it in and add it to the cost. There is also a new converter and 12v fuse block.
Middle room- we put in new beds and added switched lights that can be turned on when you enter the camper and separate switched lights that can be turned on when u are entering this room. There are also over the bed lights which simply have a switch on them. There are also fabric back panels that match the fabric on the dining cushions. All of the cushions were custom made by a seamstress.
Kitchen- new cabinets and countertops. There is a microwave under the sink. We currently have a smaller refrigerator in here but previously had a quite large refrigerator. We just liked adding more counter space. We had 24”x 59” fridge in there before. The sink is black granite. There is also separate light switches in the kitchen and by the entrance. There is also an exhaust fan so you could easily add a drop in range next to the sink. There is a gas line available behind this cabinet that you can use.
Dining/bed- as you can tell from the photos this was custom built for this space and was built very well. The air assist table stand makes moving it easy for one person. There is open storage underneath each side and an opening storage under the back seat for rolling up the memory foam to slide in during daytime. There are flip up storage compartments behind the seat rests. The cushions were custom made by a seamstress and are in excellent condition. Lighting areas have separate switches.
Exterior- new bearings and wheels. We took the Airstream to an RV shop to have them go over the axles, hub, brakes and bearings. They only suggested replacing the bearings since they already had them apart. Everything else was in excellent condition. The body is in overall very good condition with several small dents in the front lower corners. There is a small piece missing from the front rock guard (sunglasses). There are no leaks and windows/screens are in excellent condition.
