Exterior body condition, dents or scrapes, any panel replacements, hail damage?: No dents and in generally good shape. Really shines after a wash. Previous owned did a professional polish. No hail damage. Body panels appear original.
Windows, Doors, Hatch Covers, Vent Covers, Skylights, Roof Fans..: All windows fully operational except rear window by bathroom (quick fix). Entrance door works well with screen door. All covers in place with locks and keys. Roof vents operational, vent over bed has fan.
Frame Condition - Any weakness? Visible signs of rust?: No weakness or signs of rust. Belly pan in mostly in tact - missing rear section under the bathroom area from removal of black tank.
Awnings - Number and location:: No Awnings.
Interior Layout - Sleeping, Kitchen, Bathroom locations: Banquet seating area is on right as you step in. As you head toward rear, you pass refirgerator and storage on your left and sink, oven, and range on right. Next comes bed on right and shelf, storage, and hanging closet. In the read is the bathroom with tub, shower, boat toilet, and original sink vanity.

Interior Soft Surfaces - Material / Cushions / Fabrics / Curtains: Upholstery in dinette looks like leather but isn't. It has a few cracks but is comfortable and attractive.
Bathroom Style and Condition - - Wet Bath? Bath Tub? Shower?: Rear bathroom with tub/shower, original sink and vanity and boat toilet (self contained - no black tank)

Our nephew lived in it for 9 months, and our oldest daughter lived in it during the summer of COVID. Hate to get rid of it, but we are moving and need to downsize.
