The Airstream International Ocean Breeze Edition was one of the first Limited Edition Design editions. Created by Airstream in 2008, this design captured a Beach House theme and offered a light, airy design.

The Ocean Breeze unique design elements include Bamboo light shades, custom door pulls, aluminum swirl feature walls, Blue / White Stripe awnings, Premium Laminates, Custom color flooring, and backlighted upper cabinets with Bamboo design inserts.

This Airstream Ocean Breeze was acquired by the current owners in 2015 who added many updates and design features including:

new interior fabrics (custom cushions, curtains and custom bedding)
re-designed Lounge area with 2 swivel arm chairs, swivel ottoman, and small table to replace the original dinette
re-designed street-side sofa area with additional cabinet storage area
Custom Pull-Out Drawers in Pantry beside the stove
Bathroom Door removed and replaced with convenient privacy folding door
Custom Bed Covers with matching fabric bedside wall pads
Large Under-Sink waste basket

Exterior Condition Description:: Excellent exterior condition with normal light wear evident. No significant dents or body damage. Waste tank Dump valves extended for easier use. Replaced the outdoor shower hose and added stainless furnace, stove vent, and furnace covers. Roof resealed in 2015 - All old product was removed and new Vulcan… calk was used - it has held up all this time Hail Damage? No Aluminum Body Panels: All Original Filaform Damage? Light around rear tail light housings. Entrance Door: In good order with several keys

Windows, Doors, Hatch Covers, Vent Covers, Skylights, Roof Fans..: Roof Vents and Skylights: Both roof vents are max air with remotes and the skylights are original and in good shape. Exterior Hatch Covers and Locks: All are in good order. Windows, Seals and Operators: We use liquid silicone and all windows are in good working order - there is a small unnoticeable stone ping in the front window guard. You have to look really hard to even notice it

Awnings - Location and Condition:: Streetside, Curbside and Rear Blue/White Stripe Awnings in good condition.

Frame Condition:: Front A-Frame Condition: No damage Rear Bumper / Exposed Frame Condition: No damage Frame Condition: No rust or problems. As far as I know the trailer has only been in the south no snow country Belly Pan: Original and intact

Sub Floor:: Sub-Floor: No problems we are aware of Floor Coverings: There is a cork like vinyl on the floor. There are a couple small spots in the living room area where we took out the back dinette where there are screw holes but none that really even show unless you actively look for them

Interior Layout and Condition:: Front Bedroom with Twin Beds. Twin hanging closets in bedroom area. Magazine storage added - original TV removed but wiring still in place.

Bathroom Location and Style:: Central Split Bath with full Shower across the hall. Porcelain toilet upgrade.

Interior Soft Surfaces: - Cushions / Fabrics / Upholstery:: In about 2017 I replaced all the curtains and the shades are in good condition. Mattress is 6-7 years old but we never used it all that much so they are in great shape - we like a firm mattress so unless someone likes a very soft mattress which could be fixed with a topper they are good to go. The chairs and sofa are also in good shape. We kept covers on the arms and headrest of the chairs to keep them extra clean Upholstery: We had the side couch reupholstered to match all the rest of the trailer.

Cabinets, Doors and Counters: : All the walls are in good shape - most surfaces are aluminum. Custom "Ocean Breeze" swirled Aluminum feature walls by TV and stove area. Cabinets, Doors, and Counters: All are in good shape. The counter tops have some small wear but for the age of the rig are probably in what would be considered great shape Interior Passage Doors / Curtains / Dividers: We have the bathroom door but changed it to a folding door - all are in working order. Also changed out the pantry and have that door too.

Stove and Oven:: Stove and Oven: LP gas stovetop in good condition and convection microwave with shelf in good condition Refrigerator: Nor old - don’t know model Electric and LP refrig. The shelves on the door have broken and been repaired but still are usable Furnace / Space Heater: Furnace works good and is LP forced air

Plumbing - Water Lines, Water Pump:: As far as we know all the plumbing is in good order - we replaced the water pump a few years ago - everything works good and no leaks that we know of Hot Water Heater: LP water heater in good working order Sinks and Taps: Upgraded faucet in kitchen with pull out head all else are original and in good shape Toilet: Thetford porcelain as mentioned earlier the pedal has to be pushed up to close the valve but works fine otherwiseWater leaks / Water damage? None that we are aware of.

Air Conditioner:: One Roof-Top AC - appears to have been replaced by previous owner. Good working condition.

Electrical Service:: 30 Amp service with two connection points. Rooftop solar to charge house batteries.

LP / Propane System - Tanks, Hoses, Regulator:: Two 30 lb tanks. All connections and hoses in good working order.

Trailer Weight:: 7600 lbs GVWR, 5800 lbs dry, 790 lb hitch weight

Rolling Gear: Tires / Brakes / Bearings - Age, Condition, Service History: Axles: Original Tires: 16 inch Michelin tires purchase in October of 2022. Probalby less than 3,000 miles on the - excellent condition Brakes and Hubs: Original - serviced about 3 years ago Wheel Bearings: Packed about 5 years ago Emergency Breakaway Cable: Replaced in 2022 Safety Chains? In place excellent condition Hitch Receiver Size: 2" Pigtail / Trailer Wire Connection: 7 round works fine
