History and Details Provided by Current Owner:

This unit was purchased at Airstream Tampa for use by a travel nurse who then took a temp contract in Naples. The Caravel made a trial voyage to a nearby airstream park for a two-night stay (412 miles roundtrip). With its extensive rearview camera system and superior braking system, the Caravel traveled, parked, disconnected and reconnected like a dream.

As it has water, septic and electric routed to the unit, the Caravel is continuously cooled and meticulously maintained (exterior cleaned, consistent a/c, water run, etc). The trailer is barely lived-in, in superior, like-new condition. It has never travelled out of the state of Florida (excepting the manufacturing in Ohio), and has been inhabited for no more than a week at a time in a non-travel capacity by one individual. We actually removed the original plastic on the mattress for the photographs for this listing to best show its quality and newness.

EXTERIOR CONDITION:

Mint condition, clean, maintained, no dings (no travel for dings!) no weather residue or damage, clean and intact awning system, all functional, all in new condition. No hail damage. All panels original and mint. All windows like new. Rock panels clean and like new.

INTERIOR CONDITION:

Interior is like new, still smells new. Sale will include the original Airstream brand coverings that were removed day one and stored (in lieu of preferred Pottery Barn collection). Both Pottery Barn official collection and Airstream collector's collection (dividing curtain, cushions for seating, cushions for bed, toss pillows, bed covering--all original, mint) will be included in sale. Backsplash wall over kitchen area is covered in removable subway tile, so new owner's choice whether to keep (cute) or remove (new, excellent condition interior shell wall). Doodle board originally installed inside door to trailer has been relocated to inside of closet door for personal choice. Aesthetic is boho/desert, color coordinated, clean and spare.

This is FB unit, and as seen in pictures has had curtain removed (it clips back up, hooks remain, curtain is original in mentioned storage package). No modifications have been made other than those superficial taste choice changes. Everything is included (extra fuses, cleaning fluids, septic fluids, light kits, and much more--ask for details).

Awnings - Location and Condition:: Clean, functional, working, like new, far side, "patio" xl side, bathroom awning. Beautiful.

Interior Layout and Condition:: Front Bed unit, full size, new mattress with Pottery Barn Airstream sheets, sets, etc. Booth easily converts into full size bed situation as well. Actually quite spacious. Four person sleeping capacity. Bed is in new condition, plastic covering removed for pictures. Cushions for seating area (booth) are firm, like-new. 80x54 inch memory foam pillow top mattress. Under and over bed storage. U dinette, 75"x38" (booth) located immediately right, across from kitchenette. Firm cushions, converse from dining to lounging to additional full size bed.

Bathroom Location and Style:: Bathroom has stall shower with seat; towel bar; pleated shower door, hinged; articulating shaving mirror, double sided, porcelain toilet, stainless steel sink. All original, all clean, no markings, stains, etc. All working perfectly.

Interior Soft Surfaces: - Cushions / Fabrics / Upholstery:: No wear, no tear marks, firm cushions, nothing updated because nothing truly used. Ultraleather furniture. Curtains are clean, intact, like-new condition, in unit. Divider curtain (between FB and main area of Caravel) is in storage package of original Airstream brand bedding, cushions, etc. It is mint condition, untouched after removal on first day. Hooks still hanging.

Cabinets, Doors and Counters: : Mint, new, original. Full height storage cabinet, overhead storage, cutlery drawer, large front overhead storage.

Stove and Oven:: Stove: 3 burner cooktop, light and vent, under warranty, like new. Convection microwave/stove like new condition, warranty remaining and in package. Fridge: 4.3 Cu Ft 2-way Monitoring System, wall mounted, standard size for Caravel. Like new, empty, operating, no smells, no stains, perfect. Warranty remaining. Current owner placed peel/stick wallpaper on refrigerator for aesthetic, easily removable, but might also be new owner's taste (it's cute). 18,000 BTU Furnace. Mint. Under warranty.

Plumbing - Water Lines, Water Pump:: Tankless Water Heater, like new. Water heater by-pass kit, water fill. Sinks and Taps: Moen Faucets, stainless steel sinks. Toilet: Porcelain, perfect operating order, stainless. Fresh Water Tank: 23 Gal Fresh Water Tank w/Drain Valve, mint condition. Gray Water Tank: 30 gallon grey, mint condition. Black Water Tank: 17 gal black tank, mint condition. Exterior Water / Sewer Connections: Tank flush/sewer hose storage, all like-new condition, no issues. Connected and working at this time with no occupants (but daily checks--on property).

Air Conditioner:: Like new, operating, no issues, 13,500 BTU AC/manual control, with heat strip.

Electrical Service:: 7 way trailer cord, 55 Amp multi stage converter with 110/12V 120 Ext outlet/electric battery disconnect. 30 Amp service detachable 30' power cord. Solar prewire, USB charging ports. All original, all working, new condition.

LP / Propane System - Tanks, Hoses, Regulator:: 20 pound LP steel tanks (2 of these) with 2 stage auto regulator. In new condition.

Trailer Weight:: 5000 GVWR. 4200 Dry. 525 Tongue.

Signal and Marker Lights / Pigtail / Trailer Wire Configuration:: Pigtail / Trailer Wire Connection: Like new, style unknown. Exterior Lights and Signals: LED taillights w/4" round chrome Bezel.

Accessories Included with Sale?: All Pottery Barn extras from official PB Airstream "limited" line (bedding, pillows, sheets, extras). All bedding, original and aesthetic. All fluids for cleaning and maintaining. All brushes, fuses, extra lights, unused (still packaged) extra hitch security lock, sewer hoses, water hoses all in new condition, wheel blocks (2 packs/2 styles) (Basically, owner prepared to go everywhere and do everything in this Caravel before Corporate America called her to work--and she overbought. All is stored in locked Airstream storage compartment.)

Any additional owner comments?: This is a meticulously kept unit, owned with pride. I hate to see it go, but it feels like someone would really be getting some nice use of what is, in fact, a brand new unit. Beautifully tailored to owner's aesthetic, it is overall original, unaltered in any permanent way, the lowest miles for a 2021, with the best caretakers who check on it daily. The only thing missing is a new owner to fulfill the potential of this fine, friendly, zen-like Caravel.
