FROM THE CURRENT OWNER:

I purchased this gem from its 3rd owner in August 2019, following a stroke which led me to downsize from a larger 34' Airstream. The previous owners had kept it in a garage, maintaining its pristine condition. The trailer was perfect for my needs as a single adult, serving as a reliable escape in case of Florida hurricanes.

Since acquiring it, I've kept the Airstream in top shape, taking it for a highway spin each April and ensuring all systems are operational. While I never personally spent a night in it, my visiting adult children have and enjoyed the comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 2 adults.

The layout includes a bed at the front, a convertible dinette to the left of the entrance, a road-side kitchen, and a rear-positioned desk and bathroom. The original gas oven with 3 burners, small Dometic propane/electric fridge, and original propane furnace are all in excellent condition. The generous wet bath features original fixtures in good operating condition.

The exterior is in excellent condition, with minor dents and scratches that do not detract from its overall charm. The trailer is easy to tow, with a dry weight of 4,043 lbs.

I am selling as I've found a larger 27' Airstream that can serve the same evacuation purpose but also better accommodate my visiting family and friends. This is a wonderful opportunity to own a piece of Airstream history, known for its iconic design and top-quality craftsmanship.

Ownership History: I had a stroke in 2018 and needed to downsize from my 34' Airstream. A fellow member at TCPC the Airstream park in TN had this trailer for sale as they had purchased a new one. I believe they were the 3rd. owner but the trailer looked new and perfect for me to escape Florida hurricanes if needed. As I recall, it was garage kept by owners 2 and 3.
Why did you select this model?: It was available and had been very well cared for and was a perfect size for my needs as a single adult.
Why are you selling?: I fell in love with a special 27' Airstream which can serve my evacuation needs if required but also serve better as a spare mobile bedroom for visiting family and friends.

Exterior Condition Description:: All original and in excellent condition. There is a small dent on the roofline of the curb side rear upper quarter panel that is not clearly visible from the ground. Can be see in photos (maybe a falling tree limb but not during my ownership) There are a few very modest scratches masked by the black letters STRE in the "Airstream International" decal letters on the trailer backside placed by a previous owner. Also visible in photos. There are a very few other small age and use spots that you need to look hard to spot and that do not distract from it's pristine appearance.

The kitchen and appliances are along the road side wall and a desk and bathroom are placed along the rear. Everything is pristione and operational.

Any additional owner comments?: I purchased this trailer from it’s 3rd owner in August 2019 bcause it was a beautiful well cared for gem of a trailer. I had a stroke in 2018 and sold my 34' Airstream and needed a trailer with which to evacuate hurricanes here in FL. Each April I’ve moved the trailer from my park storage area and taken it on a highway spin and had all systems checked and in operating condition before parking it at the ready on an RV site next to my primary residence until October when it returned to storage. Fortunately, a hurricane has never chased us away and I confess that I never spent a single night in this gem of a trailer but my visiting adult children have. I’m selling because I found a 27' Airstream that I couldn’t resist (number 14 for me across 4 decades) that could serve the same hurricane evacuation purpose and be a more generous spare bedroom for visiting family and friends.
