Why are you selling?: Children have grown and not using it enough. I am considering purchasing a smaller unit between 17 and 21 feet in length

Exterior Condition Description:: Very good condition. A dent, caused by someone else at previous storage facility while my unit was parked, was repaired at Airstream factory in Ohio during April of 2022. While repairs were being done at factory, did additional work of replacing AC unit with 15K BTU w/Heat Pump, installed electric jack, and repacked bearings.
