Ownership History: We are the third owners. We purchased from the second owners in Texas in 2015. We pulled it back to Wisconsin, where it has taken short summer trips around the Midwest (Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota).

Why did you select this model?: It has the best layout for family living, along with plenty of storage.

Exterior Condition Description:: Minor scratches on the curbside lower panel. Minor blemishes/dents above rock guards from road travel. Awning has no tears and is operational.

Hail Damage?: No hail damage.

Aluminum Body Panels:: All original with the exception of the streetside lower panel. In 2017 a small cosmetic dent occurred on the streetside panel. The panel was professionally replaced by Airstream of Chicago

Filaform Damage?: None

Roof Vents and Skylights: : Three Fan-Tastic roof vent fans with rain sensors were installed in 2016. The skylight is original.

Exterior Hatch Covers and Locks:: All working with keys.

Windows, Seals and Operators: : We replaced a leaking window in 2017 (street-side bedroom window). There is currently no damage to the windows and there are no leaks. The rear window has one broken latch and one functioning latch. We have taken the handle off the curbside window by the bench (Airstream designed the door to open into this window, and we wanted to remind ourselves not to open it in order to prevent the door from damaging the window if it was open).

Entrance Door: : No damage and in good working condition with two sets of keys.

Awnings - Location and Condition:: One manual awning in working condition.

Front A-Frame Condition:: Front A-frame in good condition with some small rust spots.

Rear Bumper / Exposed Frame Condition:: Bumper and exposed frame in good condition without rust.

Frame Condition:: Frame condition is good with no accidents.

Sub Floor:: Three soft spots were identified in the subfloor after purchase in 2015 due to leaks in the roof vent from the prior owner. Leaks were found and repaired (and roof vents completely replaced). Areas of damaged subfloor were removed and replaced.

Belly Pan: : No issues on the belly pan.

Interior Layout and Condition:: We reconfigured the front of the trailer into a living room area by removing the old wall and queen bed. We added a front bench that pulls out into a queen bed to have flexibility with space for daytime living and sleeping arrangements at night. We built a new "L" dinette to seat more than four people. We added a side bench that pulls out into another bed for increased sleeping options. We removed all the old mousefur on the walls and replaced it with Nautolex marine vinyl for main area, subway "tile finish" for bathroom, marine foam-backed tan vinyl covering for the bedroom area. We added new SmartCore Pro vinyl plank flooring throughout the trailer.

Dinette Style and Location:: A full wood kitchen table was installed with new "L" bench configuration. Table has dropdown sides. We have comfortably seated 5 adults and 3 children using the "L" bench and some chairs

Bathroom Location and Style:: Located street-side left rear. Shower was refinished and resealed with a white epoxy acrylic finish in 2017, along with adding a new countertop and new Dometic toilet.

Sleeping Areas?: Back full bed (sleeps 2), bunk bed (sleeps 1), side pullout bench (sleeps 2), front pullout queen (sleeps 2).

Mattress and Sleeping Surfaces:: New gel foam memory mattress for the back full bed and new foam for all other beds. We purchased the mattress in 2017 and the foam in 2021.

Interior Soft Surfaces: - Cushions / Fabrics / Upholstery:: All cushions were replaced with custom foam from The Foam Factory in 2017 and upholstered with durable navy sunbrella fabric.

Curtains and Blinds: : Blackout pull-down/roller shades for the five front windows. Blackout vinyl used in the back bedroom sleeping area (can be easily removed).

Interior Walls: : Removed original interior wall to create a more open concept in the front. Front walls covered with Nautolex marine vinyl coverings. Rear corner walls covered with tan marine foam-backed vinyl and with stainless trim. Headliner was refinished to white.

Cabinets, Doors and Counters: : All surfaces were refinished or replaced in 2017. Countertops were replaced and finished with a marble style laminate. All cabinets were painted to white with a polycrylic protective finish.

Floor Coverings:: All floor coverings were replaced in 2021 with SmartCore Pro vinyl plank flooring.

Stove and Oven:: Three burner gas stove with oven, located aft of front door, curbside, oven under the burners. Propane leak test performed by Airstream of Chicago in 2017.

Refrigerator:: Two way automatic refrigerator, freezer on top, gas and electric.

Furnace / Space Heater:: Original furnace w/electric ignition.

Other Appliances:: None

Plumbing - Water Lines, Water Pump:: All plumbing and water pump is original showing no leaks.

Hot Water Heater:: 6 gallon hot water heater gas operating.

Sinks and Taps: : Bathroom sink is original and functioning. New full size white kitchen sink added in 2017.

Toilet:: New Dometic toilet added in 2017.
