Our Excella has been in the family since originally purchased. My father-in-law bought it new, and he and my mother-in-law traveled for many years with WBCCI. When they could no longer travel, they passed it down to my wife and me. It has been well loved. For a short time, my sister-in-law and her husband owned it and camped maybe three times. They took it to the factory and did a $30,000 refurbishing. That was after we put $5,000 into typical upgrades and repairs. We are selling only because we took the plunge and bought a new Airstream Globetrotter last year. We hate to see the Excella sit and not be used. This camper is in great condition for its age. The refurbishing and upgrades include new flooring, new sofa leather covered, new curtains, new counter tops in kitchen and bathroom, new toilet, new gel batteries, newer tires, all propane lines replaced. The items I know that need attention are the tank monitoring system and the steps. Steps need a bolt to function properly. Awning was never used until just the past few years. It's like new. Interior is very nice with a front lounge with fold-out tables. Rear bedroom has twin beds with nightstand. Bedding is original and pulled from storage for the pictures. Center bath is in good working order.Original shower accordion-style folding door was replaced with a rolling space-saving door. Hallway double closet has automatic lights. Air conditioner works great. Heater works great. Exterior doesn't leak, but clear coating is coming off. Also, there is a dent in the rear corner that gives this camper some character. It isn't punctured and doesn't show on the interior. Two storage access areas wrap around the entire rear. This is a nice sized camper to pull around on travels or would be perfect for one or two people to call home.
