Love the 25 ft models - not too big, not too small :)
Under current ownership since 2003 - Upgrading to a new trailer.
Current Owners General Description:
Exterior average condition for the age - note dent in lower front corner panel - see exterior photos for details.
Rear bed twin, original mattresses with newer foam toppers.
The front gaucho has been removed and replaced with two IKEA recliners with footrests. The table has been moved from the side to the front between the chairs. We built a wood storage area across the front to enclose the batteries and provide storage.
The Formica on the table, flip-up counter and bedroom end table has been replaced with turquoise 50's style boomerang pattern laminate. The vinyl edging was replaced but it heat cracked and needs to be replaced a second time. We purchased the replacement but it has not been installed.
New curtains on all windows except those with roller shades. The tambours all work except for one over the stove, but those parts in the trailer and it can be remade.
The floor covering and underlayment were replaced in 2020 with plywood underlayment and cork flooring. The stove/oven and air conditioner were replaced in 2020.
There is a brand new water pump and toilet.
The kitchen sink has a new faucet.
The refrigerator had a fan added to the back coils 15 years ago.
The brakes were replaced 3 years ago with the new self-adjusting style and the tires were replaced at that time.
The propane tanks have been recertified but are the original solid aluminum units.
Newer power jack and 7-way connector.
Comes with an Equalizer anti-sway hitch.
"We have loved this trailer and have used it for 18 years. It took both our daughters to college and back. It took us to the Olympics in Vancouver. It's been to most of the Western states and the Midwest. It needs a little work, but everything works well enough to be readily usable upon purchase. Would be a great fixer upper project for someone with a little time and skill."
